Fall

I love fall. It's my favorite time of year. The cold air comes in, and I get to wear my scarves and hats. It's a fabulous time to crochet because my "project" lays across my lap and warms me up. I'm eager to start a baby blanket for Baby Wilson, but I'm holding out to find out the gender.

Unfortunately, fall means raking leaves and other outdoor projects. Adam's been extremely motivated about doing all of the outside projects. Today was a great example.

Even though he's sore from playing football, he attacked the bush next to our house. It was way too big and needed a trim. And a trim is what it got!

To those of you with green thumbs, I applaud you. Neither Adam or I have green thumbs, but we try, and we have fun doing it.

Even McKenzie parttakes. She loves finding a stick and chewing it up. She's so proud of herself!

Fall, my favorite time of the year...why, we even named our daughter after the season. Your yard is nice, and Adam has shrubbery to hide behind...hmmmmm. Is Mackenzie the dog he got from the Anderson's ?

Umm...I think McKenzie is from them. I know they got her through someone who raised labs...and her brother went to another family in the "old" neighborhood.

So, I like fall too, but it came and went a long time ago like back in August or something. We have had snow, single digit temps ... but then I like winters too.

I really enjoy your blogs, carrier of baby Wilson, and best thing that ever happened to my son. Keep them up.
