We got Micah all bundled up so that the freezing temperatures wouldn't dampen his spirits. He kinda looked like the youngest kid in the movie "A Christmas Story." You know, the one who couldn't put his arms down.

At first, he wasn't sure about touching the snow, so he stayed on the sidewalk.

But it didn't take long for him to start making his own tracks through it.

Of course, there were a few falls, which would put him in awesome yoga positions, like downward-facing dog. Unfortunately, Micah couldn't get himself up from this position. Being the supportive parents we are, Adam and I would laugh hysterically every time this happened, take some pictures...and then help.

Micah got back at us though. He figured out that snow was OK to throw. However, picking up and throwing without the use of his thumbs (due to the mittens) was a bit of a set back.

Playtime ended pretty quickly due to the temperature and a few face plants into the snow. All in all, Micah loves snow, which is great because we're supposed to get a lot of it this year. Stay tuned!
